The hotel is situated on 5.2 acres of gracefully landscaped grounds with a private pathway to one of the best beaches in Southern California. Outdoor event space includes the Pacific Terrace above the pool with a panoramic view of the ocean, and the Sunset Terrace, which is often used for group meals. The many features of the city of Del Mar itself are also used as a backdrop for group events - like the popular L'Auberge Lobster Broil at nearby Seagrove Park overlooking the blue Pacific or the Beach Party Extravaganza under the stars at Powerhouse Park.
