Best New Breakfast in San Diego!

KITCHEN 1540’s Executive Chef Scott Thomas Dolbee debuts his modern breakfast menu on Easter Sunday, March 31.

“Breakfast is the first meal of the day and spring is all about rebirth, so we thought it a perfect time to share the new menu with our guests,” says Dolbee.  “Guests will delight in a menu that is fun, trendy and very progressive like the other menus we’ve recently introduced at the hotel.”

 

From lite and simple to savory and sophisticated, the menu caters to all tastes and desires. For inspiration, Chef Dolbee simply turned to what he likes to eat such as lobster benedict, breakfast pizza and German apple pancakes. Other standout menu items include egg white frittata, brioche French toast, fried egg BLT, buckwheat waffles and a healthy acai bowl. The a la carte breakfast menu is offered daily from 6:30 to 11:00 a.m. in KITCHEN 1540.
